I thought this was scary because we live in Chicago and so many innocent people are getting shot. The amount of crime this passed weekend was unbelievable and it is really sad that it happened.

You know I feel like as horrible as this is it happens everyday. And when something like this happens the news gives it it's 15 minutes of fame, puts a lot of emotion in it and as soon as it's over nothing is done and all that is left are the hurt family members mourning their children, neices, nephews and so on. I think the answer to this problem is gun control. Something has to be done to get guns out of the hands of dangerous people or minors. But because it's "very controversial" this type of incident is likely to happen again in a week or so and that's really sad to see that our society is so powerful and so weak at the same time.
